Common questions

Does Vaulti back up my data?

Your data is stored locally on your device. You can enable optional iCloud Sync in Sync Center, and you can also create a manual backup any time via Settings → Export Backup.

Why isn't AI processing working?

AI features require Apple Intelligence, which is available on iPhone 15 Pro and later running iOS 18 or newer. On older devices, Vaulti uses on-device NaturalLanguage heuristics as a fallback.

My iCloud Sync seems stuck — what should I do?

Open Vaulti → Sync Center to check sync status. Try toggling sync off and on. Make sure you're signed into iCloud in iOS Settings and that iCloud Drive is enabled.

How do I delete all my data?

You can delete individual entries and notebooks within the app. To remove all data, delete Vaulti from your device — all local data is removed with the app.
