Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Vaulti, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Free Features and Vaulti Premium

Vaulti offers a free experience with basic journaling and search features. Vaulti Premium unlocks advanced features such as Ask My Journal, Ask with AI, AI organization, additional notebooks, voice capture, attachments, and import/restore workflows.

Feature availability may change over time as the app evolves. Content you create remains yours. If Premium lapses, Vaulti is designed to preserve access to existing content while restricting new Premium-only actions.

Subscriptions, Trial, and Billing

Vaulti Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store. Current launch pricing is $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year, subject to App Store availability, regional pricing, taxes, and future changes shown by Apple before purchase.

Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, Apple will charge your payment method unless you cancel the subscription before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Billing, refunds, trial eligibility, and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the entries, attachments, notes, and other content you create in Vaulti. You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups of information that is important to you.

Privacy

Vaulti is designed to avoid collecting personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about local storage, on-device AI, App Store subscription status, and optional Apple services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Vaulti, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app, or use the app in violation of applicable laws.

No Professional Advice

Vaulti is a journaling and note-taking app. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed with your own judgment.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vaulti at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Vaulti is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
